How can I contact you?

There are 2 different emails you can contact me on. is checked by my long suffering wife and partner in crime – Karen. We primarily use this email to answer travel, booking & general enquiries. It’s checked everyday throughout the day (because Karen is very efficient!) So if you need a quick answer to any question this is the best email to use.

The other way of contacting me is to my personal email: This email is primarily for discussing artwork/theme ideas with me direct as it’s the email address on my phone etc. I usually answer any messages at the end of the day because I have gloves on for most of the daylight hours so you’ll have to bear with me!

What's your day rate?

For appointments at my studio in the UK my day rate is £600

How long is your waiting list?

I try to keep my waiting list to around 6-9 months. Because any more than that kind of freaks me out and it’s a total pain for clients!

Where are you based?

I’m based at The Modern Electric Tattoo Co. Just south of Birmingham at: 147 Golden Cross Lane, Catshill, Bromsgrove, B61 0JZ UK.

What's your process?

Initially, I like to have a chat with every client either in person, by phone or Skype/FaceTime or email to properly discuss your idea. So please email me a rough outline of your ideas/themes along with placement, size and photos of the area you want me to tattoo to:

Then we can chat via email and – if we need to – on the phone/Skype/FaceTime/carrier pigeon! and decide on the best images, colours placement etc. Sometimes email is hard to get you idea over so I find it helps to just talk it through sometimes. It’s also a lot quicker!

I’m happy to work from either your idea, adjust one of my pieces to suit you or even just tattoo a piece of my artwork on you. Tattooing for me is all about putting the right artwork on EVERY client. I don’t care about instagram likes or awards etc – I want you to have the best tattoo for YOU.

Once both we’re both happy to proceed all you have to do is pay £100 booking fee and then a further £200 artwork fee 2 months before your first booking. These will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo and Karen will email you a reminder.

Can I just pick a piece of your artwork?

Of course many of my clients just want a piece of my artwork and that’s awesome! So I keep a stock of images that you can choose from to either use as a starting point for your idea or simply have ‘as is’. It’s totally up to you. These designs are on my website but they’re hidden in a ‘client only’ area.

If you want to take a look at them Karen will send you a link and the password when she sends you your booking confirmation.

I want to get tattooed at a convention or guestspot

I’m not currently doing many conventions or guest spot etc as I prefer to just work at my studio. It’s comfortable and the coffee is (generally) better. As long as Lucasz isn’t making it 😉

If you want to get tattooed by me while I’m at a convention or at a guest spot please join my mailing list – the signup is on the contact page, here on my website.

I announce all my travel plans, special projects to my mailing list FIRST. I don’t send many emails (1 a month) so you wont be inundated with crap from me! Just mostly shop news, stuff about travel, artwork and discounted sessions/flash days at the shop.
